Polymerization process

(1) The preparation of hydrocarbon phase, aqueous phase, and additives involves mixing a certain proportion of butadiene and acrylonitrile evenly to produce a hydrocarbon phase. The aqueous phase is prepared by adding sodium hydroxide, Tetrasodium pyrophosphate, Triethanolamine, soft water, etc. into the emulsifier. And prepare initiator for use. Mix the hydrocarbon phase and water phase in a certain proportion and then send them into the emulsification tank. After stirring, they are fully emulsified and then sent to the polymerization kettle.

(2) The initiator is directly added to the polymerization kettle for polymerization, and the polymerization reaction is carried out at a certain temperature in the kettle. Then, regulators are added in batches to adjust the molecular weight of the rubber.
