(1) The smaller the particle size of tensile strength, the greater the tensile strength. When the amount of carbon black increases to 40-50PHR, the tensile strength is the highest.



(2) The concentration stress has little to do with particle size. The higher the structure, the greater the concentration.



(3) Elongation has little to do with particle size. The higher the structure, the smaller the elongation. An increase in the amount of carbon black will reduce the elongation.



(4) The smaller the hardness particle size or the higher the structure, the higher the hardness. As the amount of carbon black increases, the hardness increases.



(5) The smaller the wear particle size, the higher the structure, and the better the wear performance. The increase in the amount of carbon black results in improved wear performance.



(6) The smaller the particle size of the flexibility performance, the higher the structure, and the more prone it is to cracking. The rubber filled with low structure semi reinforced furnace black and high structure semi reinforced furnace black has good performance. Increasing the amount of carbon black can easily cause cracking.



(7) The smaller the particle size or higher the structure of the heat generation performance, the higher the heat generation. The heat generation of semi-reinforced furnace black with high structure and semi-reinforced furnace black with general furnace black and high elongation furnace black reinforced rubber is smaller. An increase in the amount of carbon black results in an increase in heat generation.
